Take the next steps in your career in care

At Compassionate Care, we help people to be the best they can be, and that includes our team. We’ll help you grow, develop and learn, enabling you to progress your career in the direction that works for you and best plays to your strengths and skills.

We offer a fully paid induction comprising of classroom-based activities as well as field-based training. You will be mentored throughout your probationary period and supported to complete your care certificate. Following this, we provide ongoing training as we fully believe in the personal and professional development of our staff teams.

Online training platform

We also have an online training platform, giving you 24/7 access to training courses, helping you to learn crucial skills for your career. Once you have your Care Certificate, you can learn new skills at your own pace, when and where works best for you.

We never stop learning, and we believe that people skills are just as important as care skills to help you succeed in life. In addition to internal training, we work with external agencies to help you gain NVQs and other qualifications, all funded by us!
