Empowering supported living in Manchester and the North West

Living full independent lives

We offer supported living in Manchester and the North West to help adults with learning disabilities and those facing mental health challenges to live full, independent lives.

This is a great alternative to living in a care home or being looked after by family, and we encourage and support clients to build their social networks and work towards goals such as learning to read and write or getting a job.

We work together to create a support plan with the individual and their care team, including family members, local authority representatives and anyone else who plays an important role in their life.

Our supported living services:

Help the individual to identify the strengths and abilities they want to develop and set achievable goals and support to reach them

Living Skills

Enabling people to manage their own tenancy, pay bills, and simply achieve the daily living skills that others take for granted

Supporting people to live as independently as possible

Rights and responsibilities

Provide accessible information on rights and responsibilities

Use language and terminology that’s simple and easy to understand.

“I feel like they’re looking out for me and looking after me, and looking out for each other. They’ve helped me cross the road by being brave and have helped me at home. Now I can cook complex dishes on my own.”
